What if fledgling birds were able to test-drive assistive devices as they learn to fly? How much fun would that be?

Two sculptures were created  for the BC Children’s Hospital ( SunnyHill) mobility garden.

Born with a fear of heights, the RollerOwl eventually learns to maneuver like a circus star

Flying is a challenge for the VeloRaptor, but it has discovered the wheel and is ready to roll.

Children navigate around the artwork as they learn to use their new wheelchairs on varying terrain.
